Santana’s journey into real estate began in 2020 when she and her husband started building their first personal home. Before construction was even complete, they received an offer to purchase it—an unexpected opportunity that led to the launch of their first business together, QS Construction. That moment marked the beginning of their work in building, investing, and developing real estate.

At the time, Santana continued her career in the fintech industry, working as a project manager where she developed a strong foundation in strategy, organization, and execution. After welcoming their first child, Santana made the decision to step away from her corporate role following postpartum challenges—a season that ultimately brought clarity and a renewed focus on building their family-owned businesses.

As QS Construction continued to grow, Santana and her husband expanded their vision and launched QS Development, a company focused on building luxury spec homes and thoughtfully designed residential developments. Through this growth, it became clear that becoming a licensed real estate agent was both a necessity and a natural next step. Real estate had always been a passion—bringing together Santana’s love for interior design, architecture, marketing, and finance.

With a degree in finance and a background working within a financial institution, Santana brings a deep understanding of the financial side of real estate, paired with hands-on experience in construction and development. This unique perspective allows her to serve clients with clarity, strategy, and confidence.
